As promised I did some research about ‘Cheese making in Hahndorf’. Apparently courses are only given the first Sunday and the third Saturday of each month. The class starts at 10am and concludes at 2pm. A delicious lunch and flass of wine is provided. Booking for groups such as VIW SA can be made as long as we get 12 people together.
